Position: 2026 Stadium Operations Associate
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt (part-time)
Start Date: March 1st
Stadium Operations Associate Duties:
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Assist with facility/event management staff for preparation of games and events
· Assist with checking the cleanliness of the stadium before each home game
· Support the operations staff with planning, set-up and execution of special events
· Support operations staff with security and securing the stadium after games
· Assist with management of game day staff and help with customer service issues
· Support grounds operations staff when needed
· Other duties as assigned
Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in a college/university or obtained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Previous experience in facility or sports environment, or any work in a customer service environment
· Having the availability to work starting March 1
· Must be able to work a majority of Bats Home Games
· Willingness to learn, honesty and strong attention to detail
· Dependable with a professional attitude
· Being able to work long hours.
· Hardworking and versatile with the ability to work in fast-paced environment
· Good communication skills and the ability to deal with all personalities
· Being able to make decisions, multitask and meet deadlines
· Customer service experience preferred, as you will deal with customer issues throughout this experience
· Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
