Status: Part-time seasonal
Start Date:  Early March 2026 
End Date:  Mid December 2026 

 Job Description:
The Partnership Activation Intern will assist with enhancing our Partners’ experience with the Louisville Bats. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and can multitask multiple projects at one time. This internship focuses on partnership services, in-game activations, and proof of performance.
 

 Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Game-day sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, pre-game on-field ceremonies, and photographing events/signage.
·         Taking pictures of sponsor activations on gamedays
·         Uploading and organizing Proof of Performance images and videos from partner activations
·         Assisting in designing and organizing presentations, including but not limited to: proposals, promotions, proof of performances, end-of-season recaps, etc.
·         Track sponsor activations and maintain inventory lists of partner assets throughout the season
·         Collect data pertaining to engagement, impressions, and frequency of sponsor activations
·         Assist with any in-game sponsor activations
·         Work closely with other departments, including marketing, communications, operations, and food and beverage to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements. 
·         Other responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to, tarp pulls, firework cleanup, assist with other departments community events, mascot appearances, etc.)


Requirements:

·         Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.
·         Sports experience is preferred
·         Digital Photography and Graphic Design experience are strongly preferred. (Camera provided)
·         Ability to work in a team setting
