We are now looking for an enthusiastic, data/operations-oriented and highly dedicated professional to create and implement our Data Analytics sales campaigns while fulfilling all Ticket Sales needs. The successful candidate should be able to support our sales teams; and focus on the growth and entrenchment of our ticket sales efforts. TITLE: Ticket Operations and Analytics Manager

REPORTS TO: Director, Ticket Sales

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the sports or entertainment industry, plus prior experience in Ticket Operations and Data Analytics. Experience in CRM, data management and Ticketing Systems also preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS: This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive benefits. The compensation package will be commensurate with experience.

JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Fulfill Ticket Operations tasks, specifically in regard to group and season tickets. Also, develop and implement a database sales campaign that directly relates to an increase in ticket sales for the company. The efforts will be geared towards data mining leads lists to grow season ticket, mini-plan and group sales while also increasing online ticket sales, walk-up sales. Through data analytics the Ticket Operations and Analytics Manager will provide lists and leads for sales reps to cold call.

Fulfill all Group / Season Ticket Operations
Manage the weekly Group / Season Ticket Sales Report
Work with the team’s ticketing and CRM systems to ensure integration and organization amongst all programs. This includes data cleansing, database entry and ticket usage studies.
Develop and enhance data capture methods to ensure growing database numbers year after year.
Manage databases; ensuring that marketable records are kept up-to-date, accurate, and usable.
Work with each staff member to assist in various ticket sales campaigns. Outbound sales efforts as needed
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years full-time Ticket Operations, Database management, Ticket Office experience.
A proven track record of creating successful database sales campaigns
Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent team-building skills, commitment to company core values. Must be confident and energetic.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
