The Associate, Promotions & Entertainment is responsible for assisting in the development of a high level of entertainment and promotions for IronPigs games. Candidate should be passionate about having and crafting fun, prepared to work in fast paced, live production, and excited to be what 10,100 people may be looking and laughing at in a given moment.
The Promotions and Entertainment Associate will assist the Director, Promotions and Entertainment in areas such as, but not limited to:
- Planning, coordination, set-up, and implementation of all nightly in-game promotions, themes, and contests, assuring all props and materials are in place for promotions staff and front office and then assisting in the successful execution of everything
- Creation of the nightly run of show, verifying sponsorship fulfillment and activation is met
- Collaboration on development of individual theme nights by booking costumed characters, offering on field enhancements, and tying each theme night into the various departments here (merchandise, food and beverage, tickets etc.)
- Hiring, training and management of Promo Crew
- Maintaining marketing and promotional storage areas, managing inventory and space and assisting in ordering new items as necessary
Other Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for live music pre-game, handling booking, ticket requests, load-in, and payment
- Nightly scheduling of promotions team for game responsibilities
- Perform as a mascot for appearances, as needed
- Maintain the highest level of Guest Service as possible with staff and fans while always serving as a positive community representative of the team
- Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisor within the Marketing department or other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- Microsoft Excel Knowledge a plus
Hours and Expectations:
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability from Early January through Mid-September preferred
