Job Summary
The Clubhouse Assistant supports the daily operations of the baseball clubhouse, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment for players, coaches, and staff. This role plays a vital part in team readiness by assisting with equipment management, laundry, clubhouse setup, and game-day preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Clubhouse & Facility Operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, locker room, and equipment areas
• Set up and break down clubhouse areas for practices, games, and travel days
• Ensure lockers are stocked with uniforms, apparel, towels, and supplies
Equipment, Uniform & Footwear Management
• Assist with issuing, collecting, and tracking uniforms and equipment
• Perform daily laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing uniforms and towels
• Clean, dry, and maintain player and staff shoes/cleats, ensuring they are game-ready
• Organize and store footwear properly after cleaning
• Report damaged or missing equipment or footwear to the Clubhouse Manager
Game-Day & Practice Support
• Prepare clubhouse and dugout areas before games and practices
• Assist with post-game cleanup and equipment organization
• Set up, monitor, and break down pre-game and post-game meals, including food layout, utensils, beverages, and cleanup
Player & Staff Support
• Provide professional and courteous service to players, coaches, and staff
• Assist with special requests as directed by clubhouse leadership
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold team policies at all times

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in athletics, equipment management, or facilities support is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
Physical Requirements
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of baseball equipment and clubhouse operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
