The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for the overall operation of a concession stand, including managing staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. They are typically responsible for training staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a positive and efficient environment. Duties include preparing and serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation, and providing excellent customer service, monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth operation, and setting up and breaking down the concession stand, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and addressing any issues that arise, among other duties. Concession Stand Leads would be responsible for both line cooks and cashiers, training both on the front and back of house operation for a smooth operation.  

The ideal candidate has experience managing a fast food, fast casual, or casual dining restaurant or experience working in and managing a concessions stand or operation. This person is comfortable training on the daily as well as enforcing health and sanitation standards. This person can be on their feet throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is familiar with front and back of house equipment, such as flattop grills, hot boxes, fryers, POS systems, fountain machines, and others. 

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.
  • Comfortable with a variety of environments such as fridges, freezers, and heat.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a food and beverage team, preferably in a sports venue. 
  • Familiar with concessions equipment, terminology, and procedures. 
  • Familiar with different types of cuisine, from seafood, American classics, BBQ/Smokehouse, Latino, etc. 
  • Has a valid ServSafe Food Handler's Card. 
  • Is available nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Can work all 75 home games as well as off week shifts.
