Do you love baseball, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a behind-the-scenes view of professional sports? The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp are looking for a dependable, energetic Bat Boy to support players and clubhouse staff during home games and team events.
This is a unique opportunity to work on the field, be part of the action, and help create a first-class experience for players and fans alike.
🧢 Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve bats, helmets, and equipment during games
- Maintain dugout organization and cleanliness
- Stock water, towels, and supplies for players and coaches
- Assist clubhouse staff with pre-game and post-game duties
- Support special promotions and on-field activities as needed
- Uphold team professionalism at all times
✅ Qualifications
- Strong interest in baseball (knowledge of the game preferred)
- Ability to stay focused in a high-energy environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the ballpark
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
