Part-Time Retail Associate – Iowa Cubs
Location: Principal Park | Des Moines, IA
Seasonal: Late March – Mid-September

The Iowa Cubs are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Retail Team as Part-Time Retail Associates. This seasonal role supports game days and special events at Principal Park and plays a key role in delivering an excellent fan experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to fans and guests
  • Assist customers with merchandise selection and product knowledge
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems in a cashless retail environment
  • Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail space
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking
  • Follow loss prevention and company procedures
  • Represent the Iowa Cubs brand in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Schedule:
  • Part-time, seasonal position (late March through mid-September)
  • Hours vary based on game schedule and events
  • Nights, weekends, and holidays required
  • Availability for home games is required
