Overview
The Gwinnett Stripers, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Marketing team. The Promotions and Entertainment Associate will support the team’s marketing efforts to amplify the Stripers fan experience, while developing professional skills in a baseball environment. 

This program provides hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a Minor League Baseball club. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early career professionals who are passionate about sports, highly motivated, and eager to gain hands-on leadership experience. The program begins in February 2026 and runs through the conclusion of the Minor League Baseball season in November 2026.

Responsibilities
•         Assist the marketing and promotions team with coordinating and executing pre-game and in-game promotions.

•         Assist in the execution of theme nights, including coordination of appearances and transformation of the ballpark with decorations and props.

•         Help provide logistics and coordination for National Anthem performances, live music performances, first pitches and other pre-game activities.

•         Work with Hype Squad to create an exceptional fan-experience 

•         Collaborate with the Corporate Sponsorships team to execute sponsored fan experiences

•         Coordinate and attend community and mascot appearances 

•         Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
·       Pursuing a degree or graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

·       Interest in sports marketing

·       Availability for occasional nights and weekends during events. Must complete a successful comprehensive background check
