2026 Gwinnett Stripers Hype Squad (Promotional Team)

The Gwinnett Stripers, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, are seeking Promotional Team Members for our 2026 season. The Gwinnett Stripers Promo Team will function as brand ambassadors for the Gwinnett Stripers at home games and community events. The Gwinnett Stripers Promo Team will create positive, memorable experiences for Stripers fans through fan engagement and interactions. The Promo Team will also serve as the gameday entertainment team at Stripers home games.

The Gwinnett Stripers Promo/Street Team are expected to be a group of high-energy, friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals who are proficient in verbal and nonverbal communication.
•  Must have reliable transportation to games and community events in Gwinnett and the surrounding area.
•  Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
•  Must be willing to wear the Stripers “Reel It In Relay” mascot costumes if asked.
•  Must be willing to work effectively in front of large crowds.
•  Must have basic baseball knowledge.
•  Position requires physical mobility (running, jumping, lifting, throwing, etc.)
•  Bilingual is a plus, though not required.
•  Passion for baseball/sports is a plus, though not required.
•  Theatrical experience is a plus, though not required.
