Gameday Intern Program
Gwinnett Stripers (AAA – Atlanta Braves) | Coolray Field – Lawrenceville, GA
Overview
COME BE A “GWIN”-TERN!
The Gwinnett Stripers, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Gameday Internship Program. The program is designed for local college students or students home for the summer to explore careers in the sports industry while getting hands-on experience working in Minor League Baseball. Interns will be exposed to a variety of gameday roles, allowing them to learn and work alongside our front office staff members. The program is designed to provide experience in multiple departments, allowing interns to choose which specific direction in sports they want to work in.
The Gameday Internship Program will begin in May for orientation and will conclude in August. Interns are expected to be present for all games they are scheduled for and will be paid an hourly wage, and we will work with you to receive school credit as needed. Although interns will not be scheduled to work 100% of the games, we are looking for qualified candidates that have open availability. Interns will not be selected unless they can remain until sometime in August 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general game day setup including giveaways, programs, and sponsor tables.
- Manage our ticket gates, play area, or other areas assigned.

- Concierge for high profile clients and unique ballpark experiences.
- Assist promo crew in handing out giveaways and exit distributions.
- Opportunity to engage in special projects (baseball camps, ballpark events, etc.).
- Other responsibilities related to game day operations as assigned by Front Office members.
The deadline to apply is February 20, 2026.
