Hours of Work: Requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season and event calendar.

Position Overview:
The Ballpark Operations Associate plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of ballpark operations and game day management. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that provides exposure to all aspects of stadium operations, including event execution, staff supervision, and facility management. This position is designed for early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in sports operations, gain leadership experience, and take ownership in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Execute game day operations, including managing timelines and implementing event itineraries 
  •  Oversee and lead game day staff, including Parking (20+) and Amusements teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations 
  •  Assist with supervising daily ballpark operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and facility readiness for a 10,000+ capacity venue 
  •  Support hiring, training, and supervision of 100+ seasonal staff across multiple departments 
  •  Assist with planning and execution of non-baseball events and special events at the ballpark 
  •  Monitor and report on ballpark conditions, incidents, staffing needs, and operational improvements 
  •  Assist with budgeting processes, including expense tracking and capital improvement planning 
  •  Perform hands-on tasks including game day setup, breakdown, cleaning, and general facility upkeep 
  •  Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless and positive fan experience 
  •  Perform additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Demonstrated leadership ability or experience supervising teams is a plus 
  •  Willingness to take initiative and contribute in both leadership and hands-on capacities 
  •  Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset 
  •  Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays 
  •  Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed 
  •  Must successfully complete a background check
