We are looking to fill the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Account Executive. The ideal candidate will play a significant role in strengthening, building and executing our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Our 2024 initiatives will include Copa de la Diversión, The Nine, Heritage Nights, PRIDE Night, AAPI Night, and new multicultural outreach initiatives as we seek to ensure that our ballpark is as representative as our surrounding community. You will be equipped with industry leading sales training and will oversee prospecting and selling ticket clients. You will be calling and meeting with Presidents and CEO's of companies, small and large, and providing solutions to their business needs and growing our diversity initiatives. The solutions will be, but not limited to, group tickets, hospitality and suite options.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for growth of the 2024 diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives of the Gwinnett Stripers and Coolray Field. Growth will come by way of selling ticket inventory, including but not limited to season ticket membership, business group outings, non-business group outings and nightly hospitality areas.
Be active in networking groups for diverse businesses
Reach out to organizations, businesses, and individuals to grow our diversity initiatives
Work with the sales staff to generate new leads and research new creative ways to sell tickets.
Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients.
Minimum of 100 activities a day.
Leadership and oversight of in-game group events.
Professionally represent the organization at business and community functions.
Other duties as assigned, including tarp.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; BA preferred
2 plus years of experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Superior organizational habits and ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
The ability to thrive in a competitive, fun, fast paced environment.
Ability to work long hours, weekends and occasional holidays.
Ability to exert light physical effort which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight.
Must complete a successful comprehensive background check.
