Position Overview:
The Account Executive, Group Sales is responsible for generating new business through outbound sales efforts while delivering exceptional service to clients and fans. This role is a front-line revenue driver for the organization and is designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to build a career in sports sales. This is an ideal role for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on sales experience, develop a strong foundation in relationship-based selling, and grow within a high-performance team environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate new group and hospitality sales through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the local community
- Execute stadium tours and client meetings to close new business
- Renew and grow existing group and hospitality accounts
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and clients using CRM systems (Ticketmaster/Archtics)
- Meet and exceed individual revenue goals and activity metrics (calls, appointments, meetings)
- Represent the organization at community and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and client experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Assist with game day responsibilities and support overall team operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ months of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
