POSITION OVERVIEW

The Durham Bulls are seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Manager, Promotions & Game Entertainment to lead the planning and execution of an engaging, memorable fan experience at Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

This role blends creative planning and live production — responsible for developing theme nights, promotions, and in-game entertainment, while also bringing those ideas to life on game day overseeing the promotions and production team.

The ideal candidate is equal parts idea generator, organizer, and producer — someone who can dream up great promotions, build a plan to execute them, and help lead the show from first pitch to final out.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’re a creative thinker who loves live events and understands what makes fans have fun. You enjoy brainstorming new ideas just as much as organizing the details to make them happen.

You’re comfortable leading a game script, but just as excited about building theme nights, coordinating talent, and finding new ways to engage fans throughout the season. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering great experiences night after night.
