Job Title: Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed and experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team. If you love a clean general ledger, find peace in reconciliations, and want to play a key role in helping us hit a home run with our financial operations , we want to talk.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with month end close activities
Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries
Manage daily accounting transactions, including processing invoices and preparing invoices via QBO and Bill.com
Assist with reconciliations of ticketing and game revenue via Shopify and Square
Assist with expense reports via Expensify and ensure compliance with expense policies
Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and ensure up-to-date records for 1099 processing
Assist in process improvements and general automation initiatives
Support ad hoc projects

What You Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
A proactive problem-solver who doesn't just find a discrepancy but figures out why it happened
Ability to work independently
Collaborative and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $60,000 to 70,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic considerations.
