Coordinator, Ticket Operations
Department:               Sales & Marketing
 Supervisor:                 Director, Ticketing
 Classification:             Full Time (Non-Exempt)
 Summary: This position will assist the Director of Ticketing in all areas of Ticket Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all facets of ticket processing including incoming individual for both baseball and special events, with strong emphasis placed on customer service and fan interaction
  • Resolve customer service needs involving ticketing issues.
  • Work with the group sales department filling and managing all group orders.
  • Assist with hiring, training and scheduling of box office staff.
  • Assist with of all-season tickets renewal process, including invoicing, managing print files and providing accurate payment status reporting.
  • Effectively and efficiently administer all Ticket Policies and Procedures.
  • Utilize ProVenue to establish price codes and design ticket images for specific promotions.
  • Oversee Ticket Office cash procedures: prepare cash banks and end of day balancing for ticket sellers; consolidate all receipts for end of day deposits.
  • Assist with targeted email correspondence for communication and marketing purposes
  • Assist sales team with generation of sales leads based on past ticket purchasing history.
  • Serve as ticket lead for amateur games
  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Sports Management / Marketing / Business Major/Degree preferred

  • Strong management & organizational skills
  • Strong personnel management, collaboration, communication, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • General knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment (copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers).
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Professional image and demeanor.
  • Strong ability and desire to work with others in a collaborative, respectful manner.
  • Ability to be flexible and work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays including all 70 Hooks home games plus special events.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct Supervisory Responsibility but helps support daily functions of the Part-Time Ticket Operations staff.

Work Environment
Position will work in an office and stadium environment. This position will be expected to work extended hours, mainly within an office atmosphere.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to the nature of this position, this position requires hours of work and days that include frequent nights, weekends and holidays, mainly working all 70+ home Hooks games. 

No travel is expected for this position
