Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

- Digital Content & Social Media
- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and monitoring of live and on‑demand programming across digital and social platforms.
- Execute marketing campaigns to promote streaming content and network programming.
- Drive audience growth through targeted digital advertising and paid social campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of multimedia content (video clips, graphics, copy) for social and digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Participate in community management, helping monitor and respond to fan inquiries and conversations.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Develop and maintain recurring reports tracking digital performance, engagement, and growth across social, web, and app platforms.
- Monitor KPIs for streaming and marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor content performance to inform future programming, marketing, and promotional planning.
- Finance & Business Operations Support
- Track marketing and digital-related spend, invoices, vendor activity, and budget allocations.
- Assist with partner reporting requirements tied to distribution, app performance, and affiliate deliverables.
- Assist with internal forecasting, app performance reviews, and business planning materials as needed.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sponsorship, marketing, production, programming, finance, and affiliate sales teams to align digital initiatives with overall brand goals.
- Support digital execution for revenue-driving initiatives, partner announcements, and product launches.
- Maintain organized digital asset
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Analytics or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in digital content, streaming, analytics or business operations (sports/media preferred).
- Strong knowledge of streaming platforms, digital advertising, and analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with basic design, video, or content management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends during Astros and Rockets seasons as required.
- Passion for Houston sports and digital innovation.
Work Environment
Position will work in an indoor, outdoor, and stadium environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions and within a stadium environment.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. Ability to regularly work on your feet for long hours and climb stairs/ramps throughout the ballpark. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel
No travel will be expected for this position.
