This position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering partnership through the Corporate Partnership Sales team. This position involves spearheading new business growth, managing partnership accounts and supporting the organization in maximizing partnership revenue across all departments.

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong business acumen and proven sales record generating high revenue and acquiring new business revenue through new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic leaders/partners/clients/stakeholders to foster trust and influence key decisions in support of organizational revenue growth.
  • Responsible for selling sponsorships, for both new business and renewal deals, and manage new business lead-generating projects.
  • Work with internal strategy and analytics department to measure key metrics to ensure partner ROI.
  • Assist in the development of new business strategies, marketing materials and corporate programs across all revenue generating departments.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sport Management or related field/ equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of direct sponsorship sales experience, either in the sports or entertainment fields.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening and presenting) with experience successfully working with across senior and executive levels of organizations.
  • Ability to be a thought leader and strategic thinker.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks & projects simultaneously.

 

Work Environment

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.  The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see and hear. This is a largely sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. 

 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.

 

Travel

Moderate travel may be expected in this role.
