Event Operations/Management · Event Promotions · Ticket Marketing
Full-Time Internships
Full-Time interns work average 40 hrs/week on gamedays                              
Average of 4-5 hours of work per week on non gamedays; Schedule rotates
Full-Time interns receive a monthly stipend/college credit if applicable     

Ticket Sales                                            
  • Coordinate box office management and operate our Glitnir Ticketing system
  • Manage will-call and walk-up sales on gamedays
  • Answer phone calls for orders, questions                                                   

Stadium Operations                                                         
  • Oversee the general operation of our gameday food & beverage department      
  • Set-up for concession areas before games and organize all deliveries 
  • Assist in coordinating our overall ballpark projects around the concourse and field

Event Management
  • Facilitate all of our premier reserved group areas 
  • Assist with gameday group area setup
  • Assist with special events and appearances
  • Ensure all party guests have a first-class experience in their visits

Part-Time Internships
Part-Time interns average 30 hrs/week on gamedays only 
No non-gameday work required
Part-Time interns can receive college credit if applicable
Part-Time interns do not receive a stipend

Social Media                                                                     
  • Help coordinate and create content on all of our social media outlets
  • Assist with graphic design projects
  • Assist Promotions team with game activities/marketing                                              
  • Work with broadcast team on features, interviews

Promotions
  • Set up and execution of all on-field promotions
  • Select contestants for all promotions 
  • Assist with pregame/postgame activities and giveaways
  • Help execute all theme nights

Retail/Merchandise
  • Set up and organize retail store on all gamedays
  • Assist with promotions team during game

NOTE: All above full-time and part-time intern descriptions are a very brief overview of responsibilities; Numerous other tasks and roles are performed! Season runs from May-September. Ideal candidate can work the whole season, or most of it with the understanding of the college school year for many. No housing is provided.
