The Washington Wild Things are currently accepting applications for the following seasonal, part-time positions at Wild Things Park. The Wild Things are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and responsible individuals to assist in making Wild Things Park the best entertainment venue in the region.
Ticketeers will perform two basic tasks during games and other events at Wild Things Park:
Ticket Takers will greet every guest at Wild Things Park, and will work to ensure all guests have a proper ticket for the day's game. Ticket takers may, on occasion, assist with distributing promotional items at an entrance. The successful ticket taker will scan all tickets. Additionally, ticket takers will assist the management staff in preventing prohibited items from entering or leaving Wild Things Park. Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time.
Ushers assist all guests with locating their respective seats within the ballpark and assist guests by answering questions about the facility and the team. Ushers will also assist in keeping Wild Things Park a clean and safe environment, and work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention. Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time.
Customer Service personnel will assist all fans with any questions or concerns that may arise during their time at the park including but not limited to seat direction as well as concession/bathroom directions. Customer service personnel will also distribute programs and line-ups to fans. Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time.
