Job Summary:
Manage and oversee Food and Beverage operations while presenting a quality product that fits with organization and team objectives while continuing to strive to raise the level of customer service and image of the club during it’s 48-game home baseball schedule that runs from mid-May through Labor Day.
Oversee Food and Beverage Sales of all baseball and other baseball events, concerts, festivals, and parties that are also conducted at the facility.

Goals:
  • Develop and execute catering/food service business plan and strategy.
  • Create strategic and innovative in-park programs and incentives to increase food and beverage sales.
  • Develop a management plan and style to motivate and stimulate food and beverage sales while utilizing sales. tools, manuals, training videos, and incentive programs directed at attaining goals and increasing revenues.
  • Utilize necessary tools and resources to continually improve customer service.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute the goals established for department in team/organization business plan.
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations of Wild Things Park.
  • Envision and create new menu selections that complement the theme of the ballpark and team.
  • Develop and implement monthly and year-to-date qualitative and quantitative reports tracking sales.
  • Oversee staffing and operation of a high volume, multi-outlet facility that consists of three concession stands in addition to picnic area, party deck, five luxury suites, two bars, and various portable locations.
  • Responsible for presentation/pricing, purchasing, inventory, accounting, reporting, labor and cost controls.
  • Working in conjunction with ticket department on facilitating group outing pre-orders and party planning delivery and execution.
  • Direct Food and Beverage sales programs including but not limited to baseball games, antique fairs, and other events.
  • Maintain vendor relationships to achieve greatest savings and/or sponsorship goals.
  • Make continuous sales calls and attend industry tradeshows throughout the year.
  • Other duties as added/assigned by executive management team. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
