Clubhouse Manager (2026 Season)

  • All candidates will be responsible for their own travel expenses to and from Washington, PA for work, any in-person interviews, etc.
  • The clubhouse manager will be expected to work all home games and maintain the same overall time commitment as other full time, at a minimum (this is a seasonal, full-time position)
  • The clubhouse manager will undergo periodic informal evaluations with the field manager and baseball operations staff
  • Provide laundry service to home and away players and coaches
  • Perform cleaning service of clubhouse, including coaches offices, bathrooms, training area and general clubhouse area on a daily basis when the team is home, and clean up while the team is on the road
  • Prepare pre and post game spreads for the home team, help prepare post game and pre game spreads for the visiting team
  • Clubhouse manager may make those meals, or contract with a third party to provide those meals with the boundaries of the daily dues compensation
  • Strictly manage the baseball equipment inventory issued to home team players, including, but not limited to, uniforms, equipment, hats and practice gear
  • Assist home players with other small tasks within reason, such as transport to a medical appointment in the area
  • Manage a seasonal clubhouse intern to assist with the goals of maintaining an exceptional clubhouse environment for home and away teams, as well as supervise a visiting clubhouse manager/clubhouse assistant and/or intern(s), if manager and team agree to hire one
  • Supervise and manage seasonal bat boy/girl staff
  • Assist in upkeep and well being of the facility, including the turf, bases (painting, replacing and such)
  • Supervise rental events and ensure stadium rule cooperation, lock up and get checklists signed by coaches, rental contacts... this includes supervision of crowds, press box staff teams may have
  • Other duties as assigned

Reports To: Vice President - Baseball Ops, Field Manager, General Manager

Position starts in March, ends at the end of the season upon completion of cleaning, inventory, rentals
Position pays a monthly stipend, as well as event coverage, daily dues for players on both sides and tips. Housing and benefits could be discussed for the right candidate.
