The Sales Internship Program is designed to provide college students or recent graduates with practical, hands-on experience in sports ticket sales and customer relations. Interns will assist the Sussex County Miners’ sales department in identifying sales opportunities, contacting potential customers, and contributing to overall ticket revenue goals.
During the internship, the Intern will:
- Analyze historical and current ticket sales data from the team’s ticketing system.
- Identify and contact potential customers for ticket packages, group outings, mini-plans, and memberships.
- Assist with inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and digital marketing efforts.
- Support non-gameday ticketing operations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Represent the Sussex County Miners in a professional and positive manner at all times.
