As the Soft Serve Ice Cream Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the soft serve ice cream station at our stadium concession stand. You will ensure the efficient production and serving of high-quality soft serve ice cream products while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the fan experience.
- Operate and maintain soft serve ice cream machines, ensuring they are clean, properly stocked, and functioning correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels of ice cream mix, toppings, cones, and other supplies, and communicate ordering needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, handling, and serving of ice cream products.
- Ensure that soft serve ice cream products are prepared and served according to established standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks of ice cream machines and products, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and freshness.
- Monitor portion sizes and presentation to ensure customers receive value for their purchase and a visually appealing treat.
