Skylands Stadium is hiring seasonal part-time team members to support our baseball season and year-round events. From Sussex County Miners games to large-scale festivals and special events, our staff plays a vital role in creating an exciting, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our gates.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to have fun while helping build and represent our brand.
Available Positions
Concessions Team
- Cashiers
- Cooks
- Hospitality Representatives
Support our food and beverage operations by delivering friendly service and quality experiences to our guests.
Game Day Experience Team
- Ticket Scanners
- Greeters
- Ushers
- Customer Relations
- Security
- EMTs
Serve as the front line of the fan experience by welcoming guests, providing assistance, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Maintenance Team
- Custodial and Facility Support Roles
Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional stadium environment before, during, and after events.
Ideal Candidates
- Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoy working with the public in a live-event setting
- Are reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused
- Take pride in representing an entertainment brand
- Are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the season
Previous experience is helpful but not required. We value enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
