Responsibilities:
- Working different cooking areas including fryers, ovens, flattop grilling surfaces, outdoor gas and charcoal grills, etc.
- Learning a varied menu ranging from traditional ballpark food to more specialized options
- Preparing food options according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service standards set by concessions manager
- Working in an outdoor picnic area when necessary based upon groups attending games
- Cleaning of cook area after each shift
- Maintaining cleanliness and order of all refrigeration areas, including walk-ins and storage
- Perform job safely while maintaining all health and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must possess strong work ethic and have ability to multi task
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Prior cooking experience a plus
- Knowledge of how to use a gas and charcoal grill a plus
