The Schaumburg Boomers are seeking someone enthusiastic, and self-motivated to be a part of the 2026 season.
General Requirements:
- Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Must pay attention to game and keep scoreboard up to date at all times
- Operating the scoreboards during ALL 53 Boomers home games (Occasional games off will be given!)
- Must have a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to take direction and have excellent communication with Director of Promotions and production team
Duties:
This candidate will be responsible for inputting into the scoreboard the batter numbers, as well as strikes, balls, outs, hits, and score as happens. This position requires general knowledge of baseball and the ability to keep focused on the game progress.
