The Mississippi Mud Monsters are hiring reliable and hard-working individuals to join our Post-Event Clean-Up Crew for the 2025 season. This part-time seasonal role is essential in ensuring Trustmark Park remains clean, safe, and welcoming after every home game and special event.

POST-EVENT CLEAN-UP RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Clean stadium seating areas, concourses, and walkways following games and events
· Empty trash and recycling bins and restock liners as needed
· Sweep and mop floors in common areas, suites, restrooms, and locker rooms
· Wipe down counters, seats, railings, and other surfaces throughout the ballpark
· Clean and sanitize all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
· Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
· Follow proper procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
· Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor
· Other cleaning duties as assigned

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
· Arrive on time and ready to work each shift
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team
· Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of cleaning tasks
· Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
· Help ensure the stadium is fully cleaned and ready for the next event
· Work may include late evenings, weekends, and holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Ability to work independently and with a team
· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
· Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
· Must have reliable transportation to and from the ballpark
· Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
