Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hunter, not a sitter. A closer, not a maybe. Someone who wakes up thinking about their call list and goes to sleep dreaming about packed sections and screaming fans. If you’re scared of the phone, this isn’t for you. If you’ve got sports sales experience and a chip on your shoulder, we want you in the swamp.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sell the Swamp (and Beyond): Own group sales and sponsorships — schools, churches, businesses, youth teams, non-profits, and corporate partners. If it’s a group of humans, you’re booking them. If it’s a business looking to make a splash, you’re building the package that gets their brand dripping all over the swamp.
- Call. Close. Repeat.: This is a grind. You’ll be expected to make calls, book meetings, and hammer goals every single week.
- Lead by Example: You’ll be the pace-setter. The one who shows what it looks like to hit the phones hard, build relationships, and close deals. Others will follow your lead because you prove every day how it’s done.
- Game Day MVP: On game nights, you’re front and center. Welcoming groups, high-fiving kids, shaking hands with CEOs, and making sure every fan walks out already talking about their next outing.
- Crush Targets: We don’t hide from goals here. We chase them, break them, and set new ones. You’ll set the tone.
What We Need From You
- Proven success in sports sales — group sales, ticket sales, sponsorship, whatever. Show us you can close.
- Self-driven, competitive, and hungry.
- A leader who motivates by doing, not just talking.
- Comfortable with cold calls, in-person meetings, and big presentations.
- Ready to live the grind: nights, weekends, holidays, rain delays, tarp pulls, all of it.
