The New Jersey Jackals are looking for a Game Day Promotions Intern to be a part of our Professional Baseball Team during the 2023 season. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the production, tracking, distribution, and inventory of in-park promotional item giveaways. Includes varying product development, budget management, sponsorship fulfillment, and day-of-game execution
- Develop critical thinking skills by direct involvement in the oversight of game day promotions and operations
- Exposure to scheduling and managing daily operations that occur during a professional baseball game
- Mainly assist with in-game promotions and other various aspects of operating our ballpark such as events, concerts, high school and college baseball games, and pulling tarp.
Qualifications
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work with children
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess strong work ethic and have ability to multi-task
- Must be seeking college credit
