Player Operations: Equipment Manager
Seasonal Position to include: days, nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season

Pre-season Clubhouse Responsibilities:
  • Uniform Inventory (pants, jerseys, BP tops, belts, loops, socks)
  • Equipment inventory (bats, pine tar, bat weights, catchers gear, balls, etc.)
  • Order needed uniforms and equipment (discuss with General Manager)
  • Cleaning (both clubhouses, coaches room/bathroom, players bathroom/shower, training area, entry/exit ways, lockers, clubbie office, umpire room, assure washers/dryers are in working condition.

Game Day Responsibilities
  • Laundry, personals, uniforms, towels, etc.
  • Issue all necessary equipment to players and coaches (place in lockers)
  • Issue umpires 3 dozen game balls
  • Fill water coolers for both home and away teams
  • Set up pine tar rag, mota sticks, bat weights, rosin bags
Staff Service:
  • All home coaching staff/trainers
  • All visiting coaching staff/trainers
  • All umpires (pre-game beverages, towels, and ticket requests)
  • All players ticket requests/pre-game food

Post Game Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning of home and visitor clubhouse bathrooms, lounge areas, coaches office, training areas, equipment and uniform room, and laundry area.
  • Laundry for both teams
  • Laundry put away for both teams
  • Equipment pick up and storage

End of Season Responsibilities:
  • Equipment and uniform inventory
  • Cleaning of clubhouses, coaches offices, and bathrooms
  • Washer/dryer service if needed
  • Assist with player departures
