Who We Are:
The New England Knockouts are a professional minor league baseball team in the MLB-partnered Frontier League. The Knockouts are the newest franchise of the Frontier League, officially being awarded membership in the fall of 2023. The Knockouts play at Campanelli Stadium, located in Brockton, Massachusetts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Baseball Game Day:
- Batting practice setup and teardown
- Pre-game prep such as dragging, setting string lines for chalk, setting out bases/hose, mound and plate prep, painting batters boxes
- Post-game fixes such as repairing mound and plate, cleaning baselines, cleaning out edges, repairing bullpens, etc.
Daily Activities:
- Assist with periodic field maintenance such as aerating, verti-cutting, etc.
- Assist with field conversion duties such as mound removal/rebuild, sod laying/removal, etc.
- Keep shop area and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Assist with tarp pulls as assigned
- Represent the organizations in a positive and professional manner at all times

- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as team schedules require

Physical Demands:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull with hands/arms
- Ability to walk/run during tarp pulls
