The Mississippi Mud Monsters are a professional baseball team in the Frontier League, an MLB Partner League, playing at Trustmark Park in Pearl, Mississippi. We played our first season in 2025, which means we're still building this thing. And that's part of the opportunity.

We're a small, hands-on organization where good ideas can become real things pretty quickly. Baseball is at the center of what we do, but we're also building Trustmark Park into a year-round sports and entertainment venue through special events, partnerships, hospitality and The Southern Lights.

We take the work seriously. We just don't think serious work has to feel corporate or boring. We're looking for people who take ownership, solve problems, care about the details and aren't afraid to try something different. You don't have to come from baseball. You do have to care.

There are certainly easier places to work where everything has already been figured out. But if you want real responsibility, room to create and the opportunity to someday look around and say, "I helped build that," you might like it here.
