The Lake Erie Crushers are looking for a Partner Activation Coordinator to join our team and help bring our corporate partnerships to life. This is a junior-level position for someone who is organized, dependable, team-oriented, and eager to build a career in Minor League Baseball and the sports industry.
This role will work closely with our Corporate Partnerships team to help execute sponsorship agreements, support partner relationships, and assist in the day-to-day fulfillment of partnership assets. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in details, enjoys working with people, and understands that great service and strong execution are a major part of building long-term partner relationships. This role will also include some sales support responsibilities, making it a strong opportunity for someone interested in growing on both the service and revenue side of sports business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and fulfillment of all corporate partnership agreements.
- Help ensure sponsorship assets are delivered accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
- Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to support partner service, retention, and renewal efforts.
- Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and sales support for new partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners through consistent communication and customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Ticket Sales, Marketing, Promotions, and Operations to execute partnership elements.
- Assist with fulfillment of ticket-based sponsorship assets including season tickets, group outings, and hospitality events.
- Work with signage vendors on the ordering, tracking, and installation of ballpark signage and other branded assets.
- Help manage sponsored promotions, giveaways, tabling opportunities, concourse activations, and in-game elements.
- Support game day execution of partner activations, hospitality areas, and sponsored entertainment features.
- Assist in maintaining activation calendars, fulfillment checklists, recaps, and partner records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Partnerships team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Sport Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous internship, part-time, or professional experience in sports, sales, customer service, promotions, or events is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with both internal staff and external partners in a professional manner.
- Self-starter who is motivated, dependable, and team-focused.
- Interest in sponsorship sales, partner service, and the business side of sports.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.
