Position Summary
The Parking Attendant is responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient parking experience for all guests on game days and event days. This role focuses on directing traffic, assisting guests, and processing card-only parking payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles into designated parking areas efficiently and safely
- Process parking payments using card-only transactions (no cash handling)
- Provide clear directions and assistance to guests entering and exiting the facility
- Maintain traffic flow before, during, and after events
- Set up and remove parking signage, cones, and equipment
- Monitor parking lots for safety and report any issues
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors via radio or in person
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working around moving vehicles and large crowds
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled game day shifts
- Must be at least 16 years old
Work Schedule
- Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays based on game and event schedule
- Shifts typically begin prior to gates opening and extend shortly after events start
