Position Summary
The Kid Zone Attendant is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and families during game day events. This role focuses on selling Kid Zone passes (card-only transactions), managing online waivers, monitoring activities, and ensuring all guests have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Kid Zone passes using card-only transactions (no cash handling)
- Assist guests with completing online waivers prior to entry
- Monitor inflatable attractions, games, and activity areas
- Ensure the safety of all children and guests in the Kid Zone
- Enforce rules and guidelines in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist with setup and breakdown of Kid Zone equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to families and guests
- Communicate any issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic comfort with mobile devices/tablets for waiver processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Comfortable working with children of all ages
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled game day shifts
- Must be at least 16 years old
Work Schedule
- Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays based on game schedule
- Typical shifts align with event/game times
