The Lake Erie Crushers are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. This is someone who is organized, dependable, team-oriented, and eager to build a career in Minor League Baseball and the sports industry.
This role will work closely with our Corporate Partnerships team to execute partnership agreements, lead the day-to-day fulfillment of partner assets, and build their own pipeline of new business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and understands that strong service and consistent execution are essential to creating long-term partner success. In addition to activation and account support, this position will carry sales responsibilities, including prospecting, outbound outreach, setting appointments, and building connections throughout the community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and fulfillment of all corporate partnership agreements.
- Ensure partnership assets are delivered accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
- Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to support partner service, retention, and renewal efforts.
- Develop prospecting lists, generate leads, and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Sell new partnerships and work toward achieving annual revenue goals.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals, including outreach, appointments, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners through consistent communication and high-level customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Ticket Sales, Marketing, Promotions, and Operations, to execute partnership elements.
- Assist with the fulfillment of ticket-based partnership assets, including season tickets, group outings, and hospitality events.
- Work with signage vendors on the ordering, tracking, and installation of ballpark signage and other branded assets.
- Help manage sponsored promotions, giveaways, tabling opportunities, concourse activations, and in-game elements.
- Support game day execution of partner activations, hospitality areas, and sponsored entertainment features.
- Maintain activation calendars, fulfillment checklists, recaps, and partner records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous internship, part-time, or professional experience in sports, sales, customer service, promotions, or events is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with both internal staff and external partners in a professional manner.
- Self-starter who is motivated, dependable, and team-focused.
- Interest in partnership sales, partner service, and the business side of sports.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.
