Box Office Manager – Lake Erie Crushers
Status: Full-Time Seasonal (March–September)

The Lake Erie Crushers are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Box Office Manager to join our team for the 2026 season! This full-time seasonal role plays a key part in delivering a top-tier fan experience at ForeFront Field. Position Overview
The Box Office Manager supports all day-to-day ticketing operations for the Lake Erie Crushers. This role involves selling tickets, resolving customer issues, preparing for events, reconciling sales, and supporting general operational and sales objectives. You will work closely with fans, staff, and front office departments to ensure every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience. This position is eligible for Commission!
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Sales & Transactions
- Sell single-game, group, and season tickets using Tickets.com ticketing software.
- Process credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with accessible seating requests and special ticketing accommodations.
- Reconcile daily sales and maintain accurate transaction records.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to fans in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Troubleshoot ticketing issues and resolve customer concerns.
- Promote ticket packages, memberships, and upsell additional products.
Event Operations
- Prepare the box office for all game days and events.
- Print tickets, set up ticket windows, and ensure all systems are ready.
- Assist in smooth transitions between pregame, in-game, and postgame ticketing needs.
Sales Support & Admin
- Support overall sales goals and assist with outbound ticketing initiatives.
- Help with mailings, data entry, and maintaining customer databases.
- Provide general front office support as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a positive, professional attitude.
Technical Skills
- Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Tickets.com preferred).
Attributes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season.
Work Environment
This is a full-time seasonal position running approximately from March through September.
Regular hours will expand significantly on game days and event days, including nights and weekends. Candidates must be comfortable working in a sports/entertainment environment with a variable schedule.
