The Frontier League office is looking to fill a seasonal, entry-level position for the 2026 season. This position would work directly with the Deputy Commissioner and the Director of Digital Marketing.  
 
The ideal candidate will be a college student or recent college graduate looking for practical experience in the sports industry. 
 
Duties include, but are not limited to
  • Assist with the collection, entry, and verification of game statistics, box scores, and reports 
  • Support advanced analytics projects related to player performance, team trends, and league metrics 
  • Help prepare game previews, recaps, postgame summaries, and statistical notes for internal and external use 
  • Provide data driven insights to support communication, marketing, and digital content initiatives 
  • Supports game-day operation including live stat tracking, press box assistance, and data verification 
  • Coordinate with broadcasters, league officials, and media as needed during games 
  • Daily updates of www.frontierleague.com  
  • Verify the accuracy of team rosters 
  • Serve as the liaison between teams and our statistical provider 
  • Verify the accuracy of box scores submitted by official scorers 
  • Track game information each night (attendance, start of game, length of game, ejections) 
  • Serve as an official scorer if needed 
  • Communicate with team public relations directors and broadcasters regarding league events and milestones 
  • Assist in preparation of press releases on significant league events 
  • Perform other duties related to sports information and analytics as assigned 
  
The ideal candidate will have experience with a computerized official scoring program and have writing experience. Housing in the area is preferred.  Night and weekend availability is required. Through Opening Day (May 7) the majority of the work will occur during the day. Once the regular season begins, most work will take place on afternoons and evenings. The majority of work can be done remotely.  
 
This position will run approximately through September 30.
