The Evansville Otters, located in Evansville, IN, are looking for a qualified recent graduate for the Certified Head Athletic Trainer position for the Evansville Otters. This position is a unique opportunity for advanced students to receive valuable experience.
IN-SEASON DUTIES:
Oversee training and rehabilitation issues with players
Provide daily injury reports to coaches
Submit Workman’s compensation claims
Massage therapy for players
Taping players
Act as liaison between players and team doctor REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least Junior standing in athletic training field
Must submit letter of recommendation from director of respective athletic training program Position runs from May – September. Salary based upon experience. Housing will be provided.
