Food and Beverage: Chef/Cook
Job Summary:

The cooks are responsible for the cooking and delivery of food at a high-quality level and with
efficient timing. The cook will take directions from the Concession Stand Managers and other
managers of the ballpark and will adhere to the safety and food safety policies and procedures
put forth by the company. Cooks will be expected to show up on time for each shift and stay till
the duration of their shift ends or dismissed by the Concession Stand Manager.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Cook the food for each event and ensure a high level of product.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety procedures.
  • Oversee and cook food ranging from Popcorn, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Brats, Fries, Chicken Tenders, etc.
  • Clean dishes/trays and utensils that you are responsible for or use during the duration of each shift.
  • Assist food prep position in wrapping/stocking if not being directed to cook.
  • Clean grill after use and change fryer grease when needed.


  • Previous experience in food/beverage is preferred.
  • Ability to show up on time and prepared for each shift.
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still performing at a high efficiency level.
