THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP FOR THE 2026 SEASON. College Credit available. In person in Brockton, MA.

The Brockton Rox are seeking a production staff for home games for the 2026 season. This on-site position will take place almost entirely in the press box at Campanelli Stadium, and we are looking for a sports management student with a strong passion for baseball and video/audio production.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 

You are expected to be able to attend at least 70% of home games at Campanelli Stadium.

You will serve as the primary managers for the video board and the music/sound board for all home games for the 2026 Brockton Rox. This role will include two people working in tandem to operate sound and video, communicating with the on-field emcee and PA announcer. You will also be responsible for uploading new content provided to you, whether it be videos, graphics, new songs, etc. If videography is also a passion of yours, you are welcome to assist in gameday operation of our cameras. 

All press box employees are also expected to assist in other areas in the press box when needed and are encouraged to learn any other roles that they desire.
