Who We Are
The Brockton Rox are a professional baseball team providing affordable, family-friendly entertainment in the Frontier League, a Major League Baseball Partner League. The Rox play their home games at the 4,750-capacity Campanelli Stadium in Brockton, MA; approximately 45-minutes south of Boston. With a 102-game schedule, the Frontier League expanded from 16 to 18-teams for the 2025 season and has presence in and around several major markets in the eastern, central and southern United States as well as Canada with the league setting an attendance record drawing 1.88-million fans. With Red Sox legend and Hall-of-Famer Jim Rice as a part-owner, the team completed its "Revival Season" in '25, the first year in their return to professional, independent baseball.

Position Description
The Rox are seeking a highly motivated candidate who is eager to learn and contribute to a Corporate Partnership sales team. The Corporate Partnership Account Executive will be responsible for selling a wide variety of partnership elements including but not limited to, prominent signage, print, streaming, digital signage, online media, in-game elements etc. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the generation of new partnership revenue for the Rox organization.

Responsibilities
●      Achieve goals and budgets as set by the leadership team
●      Expected to make outbound calls on a daily basis
●      Set up meetings with potential clients in the community
●      Develop and maintain prospecting and lead lists
●      Maintain all partnership information accurately and promptly within a CRM system
●      Servicing, entertaining and assisting all Corporate Partnership clients 
●      Responsible for the creation of personal sponsorship agreements and collection of all revenue generated
●      Assist with game day responsibilities and ballpark set up for corporate partners
 
Qualifications
●      2+ years of Corporate sales experience
●      Must be a team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to the organization
●      Strong interpersonal skills within the office and the local community
●      Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize projects and tasks
●      Must be comfortable attending chamber events and other community functions while representing the team brand
●      Must be comfortable engaging with decision-makers and high level executives both over the phone and in person
●      High level of professionalism and ability to assist others in the organization
●      Detail oriented sales person who expects high quality of work from him/herself
