This part time, 35 hour per week position will be responsible for shooting and editing content to be shared on all social media platforms, television, and Fenway Park videoboards. This position will shoot at Red Sox home games in addition to a wide variety of events, interviews, community appearances, and sponsor shoots. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that possesses strong communication skills and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  
  • Coverage of various events, community outreach projects, and Red Sox home games
  • Independently edit both long and short form videos for distribution across multiple platforms
  • Create a variety of graphics as it relates to individual projects 
  • Multi-task to manage multiple editing projects at once with varied deadlines, including long term projects that require constant updates
  • May be required to work in the control room for Red Sox home games as needed
  • Aid in a variety of unique projects from Red Sox Productions and the Red Sox organization as needed
  • Extensive working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe PhotoShop) and Mac computers required
  • Experience with Canon C100 and Canon DSLR cameras
  • Creative, innovative personality 
  • Passion for and knowledge of the game of baseball 
  • Superior communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability
  • Strong organization skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in TV Production, Film or Broadcast Journalism, or relevant field, is preferred 
  • Available to work nights and weekends throughout the season, and all Red Sox games at Fenway Park
  • Experience in the sports industry preferred but not required
