POSITION OVERVIEW:         
The Boston Red Sox are hiring a Minor League Athletic Trainer for the 2022 season with specific location to be determined. Start date and position availability are contingent on official changes to MiLB season. The applicant would be part of the Athletic Training staff during the Off-Season, Spring Training, Extended Spring Training, FCL, and Fall Instructional League.

Minor League ATCs should be skilled in prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of baseball specific injuries; assist in implementation of our strength & conditioning program; proper documentation within the MLB EMR system; and assist in the various administrative duties/reporting procedures. The ATCs will work under the direct supervision of the Head Minor League Team Physician, Head MLB Athletic Trainer and Minor League Athletic Training Coordinators.

Qualifications:
  • Interested applicants should be a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). 
  • Applicants are expected to fulfill the duration of the position.
  • They should possess ability and have willingness to learn, travel, and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Prior baseball experience.
  • Bilingual Preferred – Spanish highly recommended.
  • ·Willingness to relocate to Fort Myers, FL is preferred.
