SUMMARY OF JOB:   
We are seeking a task-oriented, diligent and committed individual to join our team. You will support the Partnerships team with administrative assistance, game day and nongame day operations associated with contractual assets and activation for each of the Club’s Corporate Partners. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a Salesforce database of all Partner assets, including but not limited to signage, print, social media, promotions, hospitality, and events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, Corporate Partners and internal stakeholders
  • Fulfillment of Partner hospitality assets for games and special events
  • Support all sponsor pre-game and in-game initiatives
  • Maintain a photography database for all Partner assets and manage post-event distribution
  • Assist in producing annual reviews for all Corporate Partners
  • Produce activity reports on a game by game, series and homestand basis to be used as internal communication including Ownership, Executives, and Sales team
  • Engage as a team leader to motivate and guide junior personnel tasks and responsibilities
  • Perform office administration support including scheduling, note taking, data entry and shipping

CHARACTERISTICS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (degree in business, hospitality, marketing or related field preferred) and or applicable hospitality/client engagement experience
  • Innovative, process-orientated, and well-organized
  • Passion and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
  • Work experience within fast-paced, high energy and frequently changing work environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when applicable
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience with ProVenue or other ticket-based systems, Salesforce, Nielsen, Photoshelter, Photo Mechanic, and MVP Index a plus
