The Somerset Patriots are looking for a Time Clock operator to operate our time clock for MLB’s pace of play initiative.
Operators will be responsible for starting and stopping the time clocks at the appropriate times and log any violations or non-called violations each game and turn in a post-game report to your onsite supervisor. It’s a fun and unique job that requires you to watch baseball!
Qualified Applicants should have:
- A complete and well above average knowledge of the game of baseball.
- Be familiar with the game flow and be able to watch the umpire signals when needed.
- Computer skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work nights and weekends
- Scheduling flexibility
- *Must take a MLB training course.*
