WinterWorld will feature a stadium-wide holiday lighting display, a 60-foot Ferris wheel, a holiday retail village, seasonal food and beverage offerings, the tallest Christmas tree in Richmond, special appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, including a 12,500-square-foot outdoor ice-skating rink and a six-lane ice slide. 

WinterWorld is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our team at the Ice Pond/Trail.  

Monitor skaters and maintain a safe skating environment 

·       Assist guests on and around the ice 

·       Enforce rink rules and safety procedures 

·       Provide excellent customer service 

·       Assist with general rink operations as needed 

·       Basic ice-skating skills required (figure skating, hockey, or recreational skating) 

·       Friendly and outgoing personality 

·       Ability to remain attentive in a busy environment 

·       Knowledge of basic first aid is a plus 

·       Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods 

●                Scan attraction ticket QR code, confirm ticket and signed waiver

●                Answer guest questions and provide information 

●                Maintain a clean and organized work area 

●                Assist with general rink operations as needed 

●                Previous customer service experience preferred 

●                Comfortable using ticket scanner systems 

●                Strong communication skills 

●                Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

●                Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a shift 

●       Distribute and collect rental skates

●       Assist guests with skate sizing and exchanges 

●       Spray and wipe down rental skates

●       Maintain organization of the skate rental area 

●       Provide excellent customer service 

●       Assist with general rink operations as needed 

●       Friendly and customer-focused attitude 

●       Strong communication skills 

●       Ability to learn rental procedures quickly 

●       Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a shift 

●       Team-oriented and dependable
