Job Title: Part-Time Seasonal Videographer
Organization: Portland Sea Dogs Baseball Club
Location: Hadlock Field – Portland, Maine
Seasonal (March–September, including nights, weekends & holidays)

Position Overview
The Portland Sea Dogs, Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Seasonal Videographer to join our Marketing & Communications team for the upcoming season. This role will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing engaging video content that enhances the fan experience, promotes ticket sales and special events, and highlights the people and stories that make Sea Dogs baseball special.

This is a hands-on position ideal for a student or early-career professional looking to build a dynamic sports portfolio in a fast-paced, team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality video content during home games, special events, and community appearances
  • Produce short-form social media videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, X, Facebook)
  • Create promotional videos for theme nights, ticket packages, and special events
  • Film player features, staff spotlights, and fan engagement moments
  • Edit game highlights and recap videos for digital platforms
  • Assist with in-game videoboard content as needed
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on creative campaigns
  • Maintain and organize video equipment and digital assets

Qualifications
  • Experience in videography and video editing (coursework, internship, or professional experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video storytelling
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of baseball is preferred but not required
